I am one of those people that has had a gym membership for months on end but refuses to cancel it because one day i might get motivated enough to actually go. This Challenge is the perfect motivation for me to start hitting the gym and getting fit. As i am not and have never been a particularly active person, im starting with just 45 minute sessions 3 days a week, and building up from there. As well as this im going to try different classes once a week as a bit more of a fun way to help get me into exercising. This week i will be attending a military boot camp, next week i am looking into a trampoline exercise class! If anyone as any suggestions for fun or crazy exercise classes let me know and i will try them out!
